Partner Clinic Terms

Account Registration

To purchase leads, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information about your clinic. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Lead Purchases

• All lead purchases are final. Refunds are provided only if a lead contains materially inaccurate contact information.
• Leads are provided on either an exclusive or shared basis, as indicated at the time of purchase.
• We do not guarantee that patients will respond to your outreach or become your patients.

Acceptable Use

Partner clinics agree to:

• Use lead information only for the purpose of providing healthcare services
• Comply with all applicable laws, including healthcare privacy regulations
• Not resell, share, or distribute lead information to third parties
• Contact patients in a professional and respectful manner

Patient Terms

By submitting an inquiry through our partner sites, you consent to:

• Having your inquiry information shared with HBOT providers in your area
• Being contacted by healthcare providers regarding HBOT services

You may opt out of future communications at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Payment Terms

Lead purchases are processed through our secure payment system. By purchasing leads, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

Prices are subject to change. We will provide notice of price changes before they take effect.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that leads will result in patient conversions, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that lead information will be completely accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGC Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
